DESCRIPTION:Red Cliffs Rifle & Pistol Range – Bay A-7 \nPLEASE SIGN IN AND PAY ($10.00) AT THE OFFICE BEFORE COMING TO A-7. \nCome out and have some fun seeing if you can shoot as good as our protectors of the sky.  \nThis course isn’t difficult to shoot\, however it is difficult to ACE.  \nThere will be 7 different shooting scenarios. All are shot from the same distance of 7 yards at an FBI bottle target (a paper target that is somewhat shaped like a bottle). Each shooter will receive their own target to score and keep. This course was designed to be shot with a duty pistol with 2 of the scenarios drawing out of concealment.  \nHowever we will allow any NON-MAGNUM centerfire or rimfire pistol. No PCCs will be allowed to run. If you are not comfortable drawing from concealment we are happy to accommodate.  \n30 round minimum round count. \nBay A7 has plenty of canopy cover and some chairs. DESCRIPTION:Red Cliffs Rifle & Pistol Range – Bay A-7 \nPLEASE SIGN IN AND PAY ($10.00) AT THE OFFICE BEFORE COMING TO A-7. \nThis match will consist of two different Steel Challenge stages.\n \nWe will be shooting; 5 To Go and Smoke and Hope.\n \nFrom a shooters box you will engage 5 targets\, 5 separate times with your worst time being thrown out. Your score will be the accumulation of your 4 best times.                                                        This will be repeated at the next stage. At the buzzer you must engage 4 primary targets and then a stop plate. You will be allowed one shot only at this plate.\nA hit on this plate will earn you a 3 point advantage. All other plates have no round limit.\nTake as many make ups as you wish on all other plates. DESCRIPTION:Red Cliffs Rifle & Pistol Range – Bay A-5 \nPLEASE SIGN IN AND PAY ($10.00) AT THE OFFICE BEFORE COMING TO A-5. \nMini 3 Gun\n\nAugust 9th\, 2025\,  8:00am \, Bay A5\n\nThis match is an introductory to 3 Gun.\n\nWe will be shooting at paper targets from outside the building at a distance of 25 yards with PCC’s.\nThen transitioning to a Pistol and working through the shoot house shooting at paper targets located outside the house and at varying distances.\nThen upon exiting the rear of the building we will transition once more to Shotgun where we will be shooting at 18”x24” steel targets at varying distances greater than 10 yards.\nThe acceptable ammunition and firearms are as follows.\n\nAny Pistol Caliber Rifle or Rimfire\, No rifle Ammunition.\nAny Pistol from .22 LR up.\nNo Magnum calibers allowed.\nAny Shotgun\,  preferably a tactical style 12 gauge.\n No steel core ammo.\nShotgun shells must be 7.5-8 sized lead shot and have a low base. 2-3/4” shells only.\n\nThe stage will be run under one time.\nYou must have a holster for your pistol and bags or cases for both your Rifle/PCC and Shotgun.\nThe round count per stage will be 6 rounds of Rifle/PCC ammo\, 14rounds of Pistol ammo\, and\n4 rounds of Shotgun ammo.\n\nYou must be present for both the standard safety briefing as well as the A5 specific briefing in order to shoot.\nNew shooters\, youngsters\, and any guest shooters are welcome to participate. \nBring a chair and beverage\, and dress accordingly to the weather conditions. \nLarry Bruley (760) 447-6969 or Bruce Furr (435) 429-1720 \nPLEASE SIGN IN AND PAY ($10.00) AT THE OFFICE BEFORE COMING TO A-5.

DESCRIPTION:Red Cliffs Rifle & Pistol Range – Bay A-7 \nPLEASE SIGN IN AND PAY ($10.00) AT THE OFFICE BEFORE COMING TO A-7. \nDouble Steel Challenge \nSaturday June 28th 2025\, we will be shooting at two Steel Challenge target arrays to be revealed on\nSaturday. Five Steel plates of different sizes will be arranged such that you will shoot at\nfour plates before shooting the fifth plate last\, known as the Stop Plate. Shooters will\nshoot and be timed at this array five times\, with the worst time discarded so that your\nfour best times added up will be your total score for that sting of fire. Misses or\nshooting the Stop Plate out of order will incur a 2 second penalty. \nYou can shoot either of these stages as many times as we have time for. Minimum\nnumber of rounds for each stage is 25. \nYou can bring any .22 LR rifle or handgun \, and any Pistol or PCC Carbine in pistol\ncaliber. No Magnum Calibers allowed. Bring as may mags as you have for your\nfirearms. We will also recruit volunteers to load mags in necessary. Be sure your\nfirearms will function with the mags and ammo you plan on using. \nOur intent is to run both strings at the same time\, so timers and scorekeepers will be\nneeded for both setups. \nMatch fee is $10.00 for all shooters except 18 and under (which shoot for free). \nDress accordingly and bring drinks\, chairs\, and a table if you have them. If very hot\, we will set\nup awnings to shoot under. DESCRIPTION:CCW Handgun FUN Shoot For Concealed Carry Handguns\nRed Cliffs Rifle & Pistol Range – Bay A-7 \nPLEASE SIGN IN AND PAY ($10.00) AT THE OFFICE BEFORE COMING TO A-7. \nNOTE: This fun Shoot will be oriented toward shooting CONCEALED CARRY HANDGUNS. NO rifles or PCC’s for this shoot. This shoot is designed for you to learn and practice shooting skills applicable to CCW use. However\, you are welcome to bring other handguns in .22LR or non-magnum centerfire. Red dot sights and lasers are welcome. You do not need a carry permit to participate in this Shoot. \nFor this shoot we will be shooting at different scenarios. You will be encouraged to draw from concealment and\or from your concealed carry holster. If you prefer\, you can also start from a low ready position rather than draw from a holster. Bellybands will be permitted. No shooting from the pocket unless the firearm is in a IWB holster that is clipped inside the pocket. [Round Count for the six stages is 42 Rounds.?] The events will be at ranges from 1 Yard to 20 Yards on cardboard targets and steel targets. [Each stage will require 9 rounds or less.] Please bring as many mags for semi-autos as you have. Speedloaders for revolvers if you have them. This is a practice oriented event to help you sharpen your concealed carry shooting skills. You can load as many rounds as you want in your mags. There will be no mandatory reloads in this match. If necessary\, you can ask a volunteer to load mags for you. \nHopefully it will be a nice day\, bring drinks.
