ShootHouse Skills - Fun Shoot Saturday November 22nd, 2025. 10:00 AM in Bay A5 This match will be for non-magnum pistols and PCC's. We will be shooting at a combination of paper targets as well as steel targets at distances that vary from 1-7 yards on paper and 10-17 yards on steel. Paper targets will require 2 shots and steel will require one shot. The scoring will be Hit or Miss with misses accruing a one second penalty. Round count with no misses will be 25 rounds. You must be present for the safety briefing\shooters meeting. This match requires the standard safety briefing as well as the A-5 specific safety briefing. Function Junction - Fun Shoot Saturday November 8th, 2025. 10:00 AM in Bay A7 This Match will be for non-magnum caliber pistols and P.C.C.'S. We will be shooting at a variety of steel targets. The distances will vary from 7-20 yards. The purpose of this match to sharpen your familiarity with your firearm(s). It will require loading and charging as well clearing your firearm under the clock. The scoring will be HIT or MISS with a one second time penalty for all misses. The starting position will be at the shootersdiscretion. If you want to draw from a holster or start from low ready that is fine. This is a good match for concealed carry and race guns alike. You will need a PCC and a pistol as the course is divided to include both. If you do not have a PCC you can shoot the whole course of fire with a pistol. This match does require a small amount of movement. New shooters, youngsters, and any guest shooters are welcome to participate. Red Cliffs Rifle & Pistol Range - Bay A-7 PLEASE SIGN IN AND PAY ($10.00) AT THE OFFICE BEFORE COMING TO A-7. Come out and have some fun seeing if you can shoot as good as our protectors of the sky. This course isn’t difficult to shoot, however it is difficult to ACE. There will be 7 different shooting scenarios. All are shot from the same distance of 7 yards at an FBI bottle target (a paper target that is somewhat shaped like a bottle). Each shooter will receive their own target to score and keep. This course was designed to be shot with a duty pistol with 2 of the scenarios drawing out of concealment. However we will allow any NON-MAGNUM centerfire or rimfire pistol. No PCCs will be allowed to run. If you are not comfortable drawing from concealment we are happy to accommodate. 30 round minimum round count. Bay A7 has plenty of canopy cover and some chairs. If you are not familiar with A7 it is the bay just north of the row of A Bays. New shooters, youngsters, and any guest shooters are welcome to participate. Red Cliffs will host a bi-weekly 22 L.R. pistol league, May - September 2025. The individual 900-point matches will be conducted on Tuesday evenings with the date/time details listed below. The program will follow the 2025 Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) Competition Pistol Rules. Program is open to RCRPR members and non-members (14 years of age or older). Dates: May 6, May 20, June 3, June 17, July 1, July 15, July 29, August 12, August 26 & Sept. 9. Time: 6:30 pm Please arrive at 6:00 pm to set up and post target frames and targets. Red Cliffs Rifle & Pistol Range - Bay A-7 PLEASE SIGN IN AND PAY ($10.00) AT THE OFFICE BEFORE COMING TO A-7. This match will consist of two different Steel Challenge stages. We will be shooting; 5 To Go and Smoke and Hope. From a shooters box you will engage 5 targets, 5 separate times with your worst time being thrown out. Your score will be the accumulation of your 4 best times.                            This will be repeated at the next stage. At the buzzer you must engage 4 primary targets and then a stop plate. Make up shots are allowed and encouraged. Please show up with the necessary magazines\speed loaders and ammo to complete the stages. 25 rounds minimum per stage. Please be sure your firearm and magazines are functional. Any NON-MAGNUM centerfire or rimfire PCC, Revolver or Pistol will be allowed to run.
