We will be shooting Accelerator and Outer Limits. From a shooters box you will engage 5 targets 5 separate times with your worst time being thrown out. Your score will be the accumulation of your 4 best times. This will be repeated at the next stage. Make up shots are allowed and encouraged. Please show up with the necessary amount of magazines, speed loaders, etc to complete the stages. 25 rounds minimum for each stage for a total of 50 rounds with no misses. Any non magnum centerfire or rimfire Pistol or PCC will be allowed to run. Bay A-6 has plenty of canopy and chairs. Bring a drink and a snack. Red Cliffs Rifle and Pistol Range- Bay A-8, Lane 1 Please sign up and pay $10 at the office before coming to A-8 This match will consist of an array of reactive targets that you will attempt to engage as quickly as possible. We will run pistols at 10 yards and PCC’s at 15 yards. This is an all steel match with a relatively high round count per stage. Any non-magnum pistol caliber PCC or pistol will be allowed to run. This is a centerfire only match. .22 LR cant reliably force target reaction. We will shoot til we run out of time. Bay A-8 has a large canopy. It is likely to be warm so bring a cool drink and a chair. New shooters, youngsters, and any guest shooters are welcome to participate. Fun Shoot Introduction to Bowling Pin Shooting This match will offer insight to the new upcoming match format that RCRPR is about to debut. The match consists of 4 strings. Each string will require the shooter to engage 5 regulation sized bowling pins that are steel silhouettes. The shooting distances will be 7 yards for pistol and 15 yards for PCC’s or rifles. The object is to knock all the pins off the table. You may take as many makeup shots as you like, but each makeup shot will a one second time penalty against your score. At random locations a black NO SHOOT pin will be present. If you knock over the Black Pin, this will result in a one second time penalty against your score. A complete stage is 20 rounds with no makeup shots. Any Non Magnum pistol caliber PCC, or handgun will be allowed to run. This includes .22lr pistols, revolvers, or rifles. This match is very .22 friendly. It is also great for single stacks. This is our first match under our Summer hours for this year. Set your alarm clocks.
