FUN SHOOT Hide and Seek August 23rd , 2025 , 8:00am , Bay A7  This match is a .22 LR rimfire match. Any non-magnum .22 will be acceptable, Revolvers, SemiAutos, Pistols, Rifles, all welcome. No Center Fire Guns. This match consists of one large shooters box that has 8 barricades placed randomly in front of it. The object is to engage from behind the barricades 14 steel targets that vary in size from 18”x 24”, 12”, and 6” with one round each. The targets will be placed at varying distances of between 20 and 20 yards. The barricades will be placed so that the shooter will have to keep moving inside the shooters box to engage the targets. There will be one red 6” bonus plate placed at 20 yards. You will be allowed one shot only at this plate. A hit on this plate will earn you a 3 point advantage. All other plates have no round limit. Take as many make ups as you wish on all other plates. We will use hit factor scoring. New shooters, youngsters, and any guest shooters are welcome to participate. Red Cliffs Rifle & Pistol Range - Bay A-5 PLEASE SIGN IN AND PAY ($10.00) AT THE OFFICE BEFORE COMING TO A-5. Mini 3 Gun August 9th, 2025,  8:00am , Bay A5 This match is an introductory to 3 Gun. We will be shooting at paper targets from outside the building at a distance of 25 yards with PCC’s. Then transitioning to a Pistol and working through the shoot house shooting at paper targets located outside the house and at varying distances. Then upon exiting the rear of the building we will transition once more to Shotgun where we will be shooting at 18”x24” steel targets at varying distances greater than 10 yards. The acceptable ammunition and firearms are as follows. Any Pistol Caliber Rifle or Rimfire, No rifle Ammunition. Any Pistol from .22 LR up. No Magnum calibers allowed. Any Shotgun,  preferably a tactical style 12 gauge.  No steel core ammo. Shotgun shells must be 7.5-8 sized lead shot and have a low base. 2-3/4” shells only. The stage will be run under one time. You must have a holster for your pistol and bags or cases for both your Rifle/PCC and Shotgun. The round count per stage will be 6 rounds of Rifle/PCC ammo, 14rounds of Pistol ammo, and 4 rounds of Shotgun ammo. You must be present for both the standard safety briefing as well as the A5 specific briefing in order to shoot. New shooters, youngsters, and any guest shooters are welcome to participate. Red Cliffs Rifle & Pistol Range - Bay D-4 PLEASE SIGN IN AND PAY ($10.00) AT THE OFFICE BEFORE COMING TO D-4. Shoot Fast, Shoot Straight! There is a special event on A-7, so we are going have a special Fun Match on the150 Yard bay D-4. This shoot will be for Centerfire Rifles only: semi-auto, bolt or pump. No Magnum Calibers. We will be shooting on one 10”, three 12” and one 18x24” steel targets from 150, 125, and 100 Yards on Bay D-4. Shooters will be shooting off a table at 150 and 125 Yards, and standing only at 100 Yards. You must hit all five targets, two times before being allowed to advance to to the next distance. You will be timed at each distance. The club does not allow any steel core ammunition on steel targets. New shooters, youngsters, and any guest shooters are welcome to participate. We will be shooting two slightly modified Firearm drills: Bill Drill and Mosambique. All shooting will be on IDPA cardboard targets and we will be using Hit Factor scoring. This match will be for .22 LR, Pistol caliber firearms. No magnum calibers. You may draw from a holster, concealed or open. Low ready will also be an option. There will be no magazine changes required. We will shoot Pistols first, then change the shooting distance for rifles and PCC firearms. It is going to be warm so we will set up an awning for the shooting boxes. New shooters, youngsters, and any guest shooters are welcome to participate.
